Saunagus with Katrine

In my gus sessions it's all about getting down in the body. \ I will guide you in finding peace and breathing properly. \ Music will always play a big part in my gus — it creates the journey, the mood and helps you to let go and just be. I choose the music so you can lean into the beat and let yourself lead along. I always try to create a safe space where you can land inside yourself and feel what's moving inside — and maybe explore a little more of your inner self. There will always be lovely oils and scents that make the experience whole. Katrine

Every Monday there is a sauna with Marianne. \ Gus, ice baths, outdoor showers and changing rooms are used.

Saunagus with Diego

Diego's gus focuses on relaxing rhythms with a mix of chattering and shamanic music. Single times with a specific theme: summer vibes, travel, etc. \ Diego is very fond of the unique fragrances and good mixtures of oils. \ Diego will guide you through the entire session, focusing on the warmth, calm and your breathing. \ \ Ice baths and cold showers are always available during breaks.

RENT SAUNA and Gusmester

Book our sauna, ice bath and showers for a private event. We provide a gusmaster according to the time and which gusmaster is available. \ There's the best chance of a vacant gusmaster these days. Friday from 17-21, Saturday from 10.00-20.00, Sunday from 10.00-20.00 *Content: *\ 1 hour warm gus with ice bath and cold showers. \ Meeting time 15 min before. \ 15 min dressing afterwards. \ Up to 10 participants. \ \ Press “Private Event” and write to us. \ Then we'll see if we can find a gusmaster at your desired time.
