Book your sauna here. We run saunagus on Mondays, Tuesdays, every other Thursday and other selected days.

Venue is the changing room at Sæby-Gershøj Multihal.
So we enter the bath from the back entrance.
Remember towel to sit on in the sauna.
Remember the drinking bottle.

Diego's Gus
Diego's gus focuses on relaxing rhythms with a mix of chattering and shamanic music. Single times with a specific theme: summer vibes, travel, etc.
Diego is very fond of the unique fragrances and good mixtures of oils.
Diego will guide you through the entire session, focusing on the warmth, calm and your breathing.

Katrine's Gus
In my gus sessions, it's all about getting down in the body.
I will guide you in finding peace and breathing properly.
Music will always play a big part in my gus — it creates the journey, the mood and helps you to let go and just be. I choose the music so you can lean into the beat and let yourself lead along.

I always try to create a safe space where you can land inside yourself and feel what's moving inside — and maybe explore a little more of your inner self.

There will always be lovely oils and scents that make the experience whole.

Nick's Gus
My music style moves between melodic house, afro house and deep electronic. Warm rhythms, heavy beats and atmospheric builds create a journey between calm, presence and energy, while the mood and weather help inspire the buzz of the day. The music has been carefully selected for my gus to create flow, intensity and good vibes — so you leave the sauna with renewed energy and a smile on your face.
