Saunagus
Book your sauna here. We run saunagus on Mondays, Tuesdays, every other Thursday and other selected days. Monday - Marianne Tuesday - Diego/Katrine Thursday - Nick (Every other Thursday) Venue is the changing room at Sæby-Gershøj Multihal. So we enter the bath from the back entrance. Remember towel to sit on in the sauna. Remember the drinking bottle. Marianne's Gus Good to know. Mondays 7:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. 7:30 p.m. - Welcome, intro 7:35 p.m. - 7:45 p.m. - Saunagus 7:45 p.m. - 7:55 p.m. - Pause 7:55pm - 8:05pm - Saunagus 20.05 - 20.15 - Pause 20.15 - 20.25 - Saunagus 8:25 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. - Rounding up - Thank you for today. Everything is approximately times. Diego's Gus Diego's gus focuses on relaxing rhythms with a mix of chattering and shamanic music. Single times with a specific theme: summer vibes, travel, etc. Diego is very fond of the unique fragrances and good mixtures of oils. Diego will guide you through the entire session, focusing on the warmth, calm and your breathing. Katrine's Gus In my gus sessions, it's all about getting down in the body. I will guide you in finding peace and breathing properly. Music will always play a big part in my gus — it creates the journey, the mood and helps you to let go and just be. I choose the music so you can lean into the beat and let yourself lead along. I always try to create a safe space where you can land inside yourself and feel what's moving inside — and maybe explore a little more of your inner self. There will always be lovely oils and scents that make the experience whole. Katrine Nick's Gus My music style moves between melodic house, afro house and deep electronic. Warm rhythms, heavy beats and atmospheric builds create a journey between calm, presence and energy, while the mood and weather help inspire the buzz of the day. The music has been carefully selected for my gus to create flow, intensity and good vibes — so you leave the sauna with renewed energy and a smile on your face. Please note that a booking fee will be charged at the time of booking/payment.

Yin-yoga
Teacher: Marianne Nielsen certified in Yin Yoga, Gusmester in Standard and Banya When: Mondays at 18-19.15 (There's saunagus at 7.30-20.30) Meeting time: Please meet 10 minutes before the start of classes and find your way Price: 150 kr. Where: It takes place on the lawn next to the sauna, so dress well for wind and weather. If it rains, it will be canceled. What's on offer: Yin with pulsations is a very gentle and meditative form of yoga. The yin pulsations are supine movements that synchronize with the breath. First we lie down and pulsate in small movements. When we synchronize the movements with our breathing, we release tension, our connective tissue is strengthened and the nervous system is calmed. It increases our mobility and creates a deeper relaxation. All in all, it brings a fantastic calm to the body. Next, there can be 1-3 yin exercises in which we lie in the position for 2-7 minutes. That may sound like a long time. This is so that the body gets used to the exercise and helps the muscles to let go and relax. When giving in in a Yin position: · You let go of your body · You let go of your breath · You let go of your mind. Finally, it ends with a guided relaxation (savasana), in which your body gets the opportunity to feel the effect of the exercises and return to a new state. Tools you should bring: Yoga mat, blanket, a good firm pillow for support, and a scarf/band/towel that you can use if, like me, you have short arms. If you have the block, they can also be brought with you to support the exercises. It may be a good idea to bring a warm sweater and warm socks. Please note that a payment fee will be charged upon payment.
