Where: It takes place on the lawn next to the sauna, so dress well for wind and weather. If it rains, it will be canceled.

What's on offer:
Yin with pulsations is a very gentle and meditative form of yoga. The yin pulsations are supine movements that synchronize with the breath.
First we lie down and pulsate in small movements. When we synchronize the movements with our breathing, we release tension, our connective tissue is strengthened and the nervous system is calmed. It increases our mobility and creates a deeper relaxation. All in all, it brings a fantastic calm to the body. Next, there can be 1-3 yin exercises in which we lie in the position for 2-7 minutes. That may sound like a long time. This is so that the body gets used to the exercise and helps the muscles to let go and relax.
When giving in in a Yin position:

· You let go of your body

· You let go of your breath

· You let go of your mind.

Finally, it ends with a guided relaxation (savasana), in which your body gets the opportunity to feel the effect of the exercises and return to a new state.

Tools you should bring: Yoga mat, blanket, a good firm pillow for support, and a scarf/band/towel that you can use if, like me, you have short arms. If you have the block, they can also be brought with you to support the exercises. It may be a good idea to bring a warm sweater and warm socks.
